| Wow Claire I am well impressed to get an answer straight back.... that's fantastic service! I know about the comments from folk with MS I made one too and ... I do truly mean it I really can't walk properly without Earth shoes. The difference they make has to be seen to be believed.... thats why i'm so desperate to have more pairs..... I still work and can't always wear brown clogs - they just don't 'go' with everything!!!, Mind you as I'm a psychotherapist, probably no-one would think it was odd... you have to be its compulsory!! to have discovered your site as up until now I have had to buy my
Earth Shoes in the USA. I wear them as they control the arthritis
in my feet better than any medication. I have recently passed your
details onto a friend of mine who, due to chemotherapy, has become
allergic to leather and will now need vagan shoes.

| Hello there, I have MS, this affects my balance and I have trouble 'picking up' my feet [in that I think I have then I trip/stumble, because I haven't!] along with fatigue etc. I had previously thought that I was walking better this summer with the help of Earth shoes, but now the cold weather has returned and my feet are too cold to wear sandals I really notice the difference. Boots [Rohde] that I thought were good re support last year are no comparison and I cannot walk as well, or for as long, as I can in my Earth shoes. I wasn't hesitant before about recommending them, but now I can totally reassure anyone who is thinking about buying them to just do it. It will definitely be the best money you have ever spent on a pair of shoes! Wendy |

| I feel the shoes are most
appropriate for folks with an accentuated lumbar lordosis (i.e.
accentuated lumbar curve). The shoes effectively rotate the pelvis
back, flattening the lumbar curve, which allows for a straightening
of the thoracic and cervical spine as well. Common theory is that
the center of the L3 vertebral body should rest, on lateral x-ray,
directly above the anterior 1/3 of the base (top) of the sacrum.
A large percentage of the population at large are in a posture in
which the center of L3 rides anterior to (in front of) the sacral
base entirely. These are the people who would likely obtain the
most benefit from the earth shoes. |

| In trying to recover from a prolonged case of plantar fascietous, I discovered Earth Shoes. Seems now to be the only thing I can wear without pain. My question to you is: do you sell an Earth Shoe made for exercise walking? I am desperate to get some exercise after such a terribly long healing break, but have had no luck with several pairs of extra-cushiony Asics and New Balance. Everything, no matter how cushioney or expensive, hurts after five minutes. And not just in the inflamed area on my one foot; they make my entire foot hurt, both feet. Please tell me you make athletic shoes, cause my feet now seem to be addicted to Earth Shoes! Tina |

I just had to write to tell you of how HAPPY I am with your product. I have had arthritis in my feet since I was a ten year old girl. At 35 years old I finally found a shoe that does not cause my toes and heel to ache! This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever had. I am in the military and have had bad lower back pain for awhile. I attributed this back pain to the heel required with the uniform I wear. I got a chit today to wear the legacy for six months to see if my backpain would go away. I wore them today. Today is the first time I didn't have lower back pain in years. Having the heel lower took away the back pain and pain from my knees. Earth Shoes are super!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wendy |

have to write you to describe the relief I've had since getting
a pair of earth shoes. For 10 years now I have had bursitis in my
hip and some knee pain. I also have a large bone spur in my left
heel. So, needless to say, I have had great difficulty in spending
any time on my feet. I'm female, 49, and weigh 180. I used to enjoy
walking in the woods with my husband and dog, but gave it up because
of pain. Same with cooking - it required too much time on my feet.
Well now, because of your earth shoes, I am able to resume all my former activities. I purchased a pair in December 2001. They felt like heaven to my whole body... my spine lined-up properly, my walking stride became pain free, and my heel spur stopped throbbing. I realized that this posture correction was what my body had needed all along. My chiropractor was very impressed and pleased with this. So, because I wear them from the time I get up until I'm done for the day, I had to order a couple more pairs. I now have a "barn shoe", and a "going to town shoe", and a walking sandal. You folks have truly changed my life and added immeasurably to my happiness. Thanks Opal |

I am a young waitress. However, bad joints and poor circulation runs in my family. I used to come home from work and my lower back and legs would just ache! I would have to elevate my legs for at least 30 minutes before I could do anything else. But then I found earth shoes and they are the best purchase I've ever made. My lower back stopped hurting and my legs never ever ache anymore. I have never felt this great after being on my feet all day! Thank you so much. I would recommend these shoes to anyone. Becca |

| I have had a chronic metatarsalgia in the
first metatarsal head of my right foot. I purchased a pair of Earth
sandals recently that re-distributed the stress on my right foot to
place most pressure on my arch area & limited the flexing of the
metatarsal area. My foot pain in my right foot is virtually gone when
walking. This is an amazing thing in that I have lived with this pain
for 2 years + and have been on a quest to relieve this pain. I think
it is interesting to note that no doctor I have visited (I have visited
a countless number of specialist to include the Mayo Clinic in AZ)
recommended earth shoes as a possible treatment. I found the shoe
by chance in a shoe store in Kansas. If I could throw out a suggestion
it would be that there is a large market of individuals that suffer
from a similar ailment. If the medical market realized the benefit
of your shoes and the concept of the re-disbursement of weight, many
patients could benefit as I did. I also however have a hammer toe on my left foot that requires an extra depth shoe to accommodate for this area. Unfortunately due to this ailment, I have not found an Earth closed toe shoe that will work for me in that they are not made in extra depths or widths. am writing to thank you for being part of the team to produce the
best Needless to say I was heartbroken and for many months only able to walk normally with specially built orthotics in my sneakers and boots. All fall and winter I dreaded the upcoming summer, when I presumed I would only be able to wear sneakers, no sandals, because obviously I could not put my orthotics in sandals. However, early in the Spring as I was driving to work one day I noticed a bill board that was advertising Earth Shoes" For Natural Body Alignment". I was intrigued and went to the store Earthly Soles to see what they were all about. To my incredible delight I found that two different pairs of Earth sandals fit my feet perfectly and due entirely to the design of the shoe and how the built in metatarsal pads and negative heal technology distributed my weight across my feet...I could walk with no pain! It was such a profound moment for me to realize that I would be able to wear sandals this summer and not be confined to hot and unstylish sneakers during the summer months. I promptly bought two pairs and have worn them all summer. I can not adequately put into words how much it has meant to me to find Earth Shoes. Having the shoes literally changed my life this summer and I am grateful that I discovered them. The shoes have not cured my Mortons Nueroma, but while I have been undergoing treatment for the condition, I have been able to walk comfortably and feel like a normal person again....
