Love Those Shoes was born in 2003 - the brainchild of two entrepreneurs with then 5 years of Internet retailing behind them.
(And one of them with a lifelong passion for shoes - guess which one ..... )

Having stumbled across some Shoes With Technology that had just been developed, we hit upon the idea of bringing to a wider audience... Shoes That Look Good And Do You Good.

The idea and the product ranges grew as we searched the World for new and innovative footwear that would give health and beauty benefits whilst simply walking in them. (I guess that stemmed from discovering there was an easier way than going to the gym )

We are immensely proud to say that Love Those Shoes has grown into the number one website on the Internet selling shoes with positive health benefits, the growth being mostly by word of mouth from customers who become instant converts, but also by press articles

William - Mr. Muscles

Well actually, this is a new nickname we gave William after the first consignment of Power Diet weighted shoes arrived !
William runs the warehouse and the stock with a passion for neatness and thoroughness bordering on obsession.
We don't mind obsessed staff :-)
Oh and did I mention he's a total football fanatic ?

Julie - Bean Counter

So how do you imagine an Accountant to be - hot headed, fiery, dramatic and showy ? No ? Well Julie isn't either.
Julie is at her happiest ticking rows of figures and what really gives her a buzz is balancing the bank figures. Sometimes she gets so excited when she has a full tray of incoming invoices. I guess it's fortunate that it takes all sorts in life ! Currently she leaves the office aching every day, she tells me. Errr Julie, you're wearing your Earth shoes all day, and your Miami's all evening at home.
So there's another figure she's interested in !

Helen - The Apprentice

NO, not the £100k a year job for Lord Sugar - Helen is our Graduate Trainee and a delightful addition to our off-beat team. She smiles a lot, sings her own made up songs (no, I wouldnt look for them in I-Tunes), and starts new conversations before she finishes the old one. So with a butterfly mind, she fits in perfectly here. But .... on the plus side - she loves to bake ! Bring on the cakes ! Oh and I forgot - in keeping with all our team, Helen has a pet. A fish called Fish de Burgh ! See what I mean ?

Fraulein Charlayne - All Things German

A self confessed morning grump until that first coffee, Charlayne is a great people person and communicator in a few languages (including we suspect the odd swear word, but as we don't understand German, we're just guessing here!).  Going the extra mile to help people comes naturally to her, although to her friends, she's well recognised as a wind up merchant !

Nancy - The PR Star

Don't  you believe it when they say all creative people can sing - Nancy proves that one wrong !  Unfortunately, we don’t think she knows :-)   Of course, she's great with the chat - and there's not much she doesn't know about the virtues of our shoes.   As long as we hide the crisps and keep her fingers busy typing, we can control her two worst vices of crisp addiction and nail nibbling.
