We have an immediate vacancy for an in-house Web Designer / Developer for a fascinating role which includes web and printed graphic design.

Job Description:
Our Web Designer / Developer will design and produce web projects for our sites as well as create graphics for our printed catalogues and brochures. 

This is an in-house role with an exciting, expanding company with exceptionally fast movement on decisions and directions. 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You will have proven computer design experience including: HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, Flash and Photoshop.
  • Excellent experience in E-applications inc. Content management, Blogging, Casting, Forums, Video streaming, E-commerce and E-marketing  and print media 
  • You will be able to work unsupervised, have a strong attention to detail and have a great conceptual / creative ability.
  • You must be experienced enough to have the ability to assess the job prior to commencement and liaise with colleagues if you see any potential errors or problems or deadline considerations. Great opportunity to work on some exciting projects and develop creatively.
  • With a relevant degree and a minimum of 2 years commercial experience you will also possess demonstrable experience of commercial web interface design, demonstrated by a substantial portfolio of URL's.

Main Duties:

  • Provide design and specification support.
  • Undertake system design and software development in accordance with Company requirements.
  • Undertake duties at all stages of the development lifecycle, from requirements analysis through to development, testing, implementation and documentation.
  • Provide information to management on the progress of development projects and the levels of service being sustained for live systems.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing processes and systems which optimise performance.
  • Work with management to identify new services and products that create value for the Company.
  • Contribute to research into emerging technologies and make recommendations on how they can/should be adopted by the Company
