Who can wear Power Diet?
Power Diet Sport Shoes have been designed for, and can be worn by anyone and everyone.
However we suggest you consult your GP before embarking on a Power Walk Training Programme wearing Power Sports footwear if you suffer from any of the following medical conditions:
- Degenerative joint/bone disease
- EDS (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome)
- Heart Disease
- Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (including Emphysema)
- Degenerative disc disease
- Excessively high Blood Pressure
- Acute or Chronic knee pain
- Kyphosis or Scoliosis of the spine
If you encounter any health concerns whilst wearing Power Diet please stop wearing them
and consult your GP.
NB: Do not complete plyometric exercises (jumps, hops or bounds) whilst wearing Power Diet if you suffer from any of the above conditions.
Power Diet should not be worn whilst driving, riding a bike/motorbike, swimming or during any extreme sports .
