Product Comment : I was keen to get the Achilles Running Sandal as I currently have a few other pairs of Vivo shoes for walking around and run exclusively barefoot. My fit are a traditional size 10 but whenever I buy Vivo I always size up to an 11 as I find they are more comfortable and provide better foot freedom. I took advice from Vivo themselves before buying these and was told the same sizing up would be the right thing to do. I wont be harsh as these were always going to be an adjustment for me so I will stick with the facts. I would personally recommend NOT sizing up on these. and dont expect them to be truly comfortable unless you are very used to wearing flip flops or similar. I have found them very comfortable but they doo rub between my toes especially when you start to sweat against the material of the shoe. I also think Vivo should have stuck with the additional pad on the strap that goes across the top of the foot as for me when tightening to the level that feels secure it feels a little unwelcome against the skin. On the whole I think they are a great concept and Im sure I will get used to them but dont expect to get on with them from day one.
