The feet form a sturdy foundation for our body and are what allow us to move about. Each foot contains 26 bones, 33 muscles, 31 joints, 107 ligaments and has over 7000 nerve ending in each foot. In fact, 25% of all bones in our body are located in the feet so it comes as no surprise that we MUST look after them!!!

How did they fit ? I needed a half size smaller
Width Fitting Guide: Feedback suggests these are running a little small - if you're on the larger end of the size bracket our advice would be to go up to the next size. Please note: it is normal if you find excess space at the front of the sandals. This allows room for the toes to spread and straighten.

"I bought some of the toe socks when I ordered my Beech sandals to make them a bit more comfy until I got used to them. I think it is easier to get them on with the socks, it took me a week until I could wear them for more than half an hour but I love them now.
