Camper Shoes

Camper Shoes was established in 1975 and is still based in Mallorca. In 1877 Antonia Fluxa, a highly skilled cobbler travelled to England to learn new ways of manufacturing. When he returned to Mallorca he gathered the best craftsmen and showed them the first machines for maunfacturing. This was the beginning of the Camper revolution!

The Technology

Camper shoes are designed in Valencia by podiatrists and specialists who have studied and researched the intricities of a child’s foot. Every feature is designed to protect and care for your child’s foot.

The supple leather is used so they are easier to wear and don’t rub or cause blisters and the insoles are removable and fully washable to prevent the growth and spread of bacteria. Camper shoes include a spacious footbed as they recognise how important it is for a child’s foot to have the freedom and room to move. The Camper shoes for older children feature a non-slip rubber sole which helps to both absorb shock and steady your child.

Aside from making fabulous shoes Camper are also involved in social projects including the Sustainable Development Project which is where Camper teach school children about their local environment and educate them on how they can preserve nature by planting their own food.
