Last order dates before the Christmas/New Year Holiday Period

BY ROYAL MAIL (Please note delivery times by Royal Mail may be subject to delays at busy times of the year)

UK Tracked FREE SERVICE (2-3 days) - 2pm Thursday 22nd December 2011 (Latest date for delivery before Xmas = 19th December)
Europe (eu) FREE SERVICE - 2pm Monday 12th December 2011
Non EU, USA and Canada - 2pm Friday 9th December 2011
Rest of World - 2pm monday 5th December 2011

BY BUSINESS POST (Next business day service)

UK - 2pm Thursday 22nd December 2011
(In order to ensure you receive your order by Christmas you must select Business Post for delivery when prompted if you order up to this date)
These order dates refer only to items which are shipped from stock.

Please refer to the Track Your Order link (top of page) for expected receipt time for your delivery.

RETURNS : Any returns should be retained and returned after 3rd January 2012

Customer Services

PHONE : There will be no 'phone customer services between 25th December 2011 until 3rd January 2012 - although you can leave voicemails which will be handled when the office re-opens.
EMAIL : Our emails will be continuously monitored every day throughout the whole period and all urgent enquiries will be handled.
ORDERS : All orders will be processed during the holiday period in order to reserve stock for you, but they will be shipped on and after 3rd January 2012. If you want to query or amend any orders you've placed during this period, do email us as we are handling emails every day.
