The Bare-Grip has the following features:

• Sticky Rubber Compound studded outsole - this has been specially developed to optimise grip in wet conditions
• No midsole for the ultimate barefoot experience
• Performance fit - ensures a precise fit and reduces internal movement when contouring, asending and descending.
• Met Cradle upper - the Met Cradle lacing system is anatomically positioned to cradle the mid foot behind the metatarsal heads and provides a secure adjustbale hold. This allows the foot to flex as nature intended.

Which is best for you?

Minimalist running shoes feature less cushioning and don't offer any support, instead allowing your feet to function naturally as though they were barefoot.
