• The 3 Arrow Shoc-Zone™ gives good protection underfoot and is a versatile midsole that can be used for most people, most of the time on a variety of terrains. 
• Anatomic fit - based on the shape of the foot, this is the most comfortable and relaxed fit. 
• The upper of the Terrafly 313 GTC features Gore-Tex technology to keep you dry and comfortable in all conditions.

Which is best for you?

Minimalist running shoes feature less cushioning and don't offer any support, instead allowing your feet to function naturally as though they were barefoot.

There is growing evidence that suggests that natural running reduces the risk of injury and helps to increase performance and encourage a more efficient running style.
