Reebok have invested in to research and development to produce their first range of toning footwear. This range is the first Health and Wellness footwear collection to be produced by Reebok.

This new breed of Health and Wellness footwear offers a unique technology which uses the same challenges and resistance as found in stability balls. It harnesses this workout power by positioning a balance pod under the heel and forefoot of the sole. These pods create a natural instability which forces muscles to work harder and thus encourages better muscle tone.

Reebok have introduced three different models in their toning range -

• The original EasyTone with 2 balance pods, which can be worn everyday to increase the exercise value of everyday activities.
• The TrainTone with 2 balance pods, which are perfect for the gym as the pods are shallower than featured on the EasyTone giving them more stability.
• The RunTone with 6 balance pods, these have the shallowest pods of all combined with 2 stabilisers to help maintain balance as they were specifically designed for running and can intensify your workout.







Reebok have also introduced the energy returning ZigTech trainer that has an innovative zigzag sole.

When running or walking, the foam sole absorbs the shock at the heel and converts it into a wave of energy that travels along the sole to the toes and propels the wearer forward.

Research has shown that the Zigtech trainers can help to reduce the wear and tear on muscles by up to 20%.
