Order Placed :  Means either we haven't processed your order yet (because you only just placed it) OR we are waiting for new stock to arrive.
Ready to Ship : Means your shoes are being packed for despatch.
Shipped : We have despatched your order - the date will be displayed.

**  SHIPPING and DELIVERY INFORMATION

You will receive a confirmation email when any part of your order ships.  This email will contain your Tracker number and a link to the website so you can track your order online. You can also access your Tracker status from Love Those Shoes online tracker at the top right hand corner of every page.

A signature may be required on delivery depending which service you have selected.  If you have any special delivery instructions - please enter them in the Comments field on your Shopping Basket.

If no one is home, they will leave a card requesting you contact them for re-delivery or to collect from your local depot.  Sometimes they don't leave a card !  If your package hasn't been delivered within the time scale shown below, please call your LOCAL Business Post or Royal Mail PARCEL POST OFFICE - You will need your Tracker number. They will arrange to re-deliver your parcel, or allow you to collect it.  As the recipient, you have to do this and unfortunately we can't do it for you.

For orders outside UK that are handled by UK Royal Mail -you will only be able to track your order online with Royal Mail until it is passed to the Overseas Postal Service. You will then need to contact your LOCAL PARCEL POST OFFICE for further information. A signature will be required on delivery.

For orders outside UK that are handled by Business Post - you will be able to follow the progress via the online tracker.

**  IMPORTANT - CREDIT CARDS

• On backordered items - please ensure you check and advise us if your credit card expires or the date changes - as we wont be able to charge your card and this will delay shipment of your order.
  
• Some American banks decline credit card transactions simply because they are International, without recourse to you. This will delay your shipment unless you advise them in advance that a charge will be coming.
  
• Some Scandinavian cards are 'one time only' credit cards.  When the Bank does the dummy pre-authorisation, they use the one time only facility.  So when we process your order, the credit card declines.  Please advise your Bank if this occurs.
  
  IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE 3D SECURE SYSTEM YOUR BANK HAS INTRODUCED.
  During the order process, you will be taken to a secure page on your Bank's website to verify your credit card.  Once you have done this, your order will automatically be placed.  This is simply a new security measure to ensure your credit card is safe and nothing to be concerned about.
