Terms and Conditions

Minimum order value to use a £10 Solemates voucher is £50.

Vouchers can only be assigned to one person once. Members cannot recommend the same person more than once.

Members are responsible for providing the correct email address of their Solemates.

Solemates vouchers are valid for 30 days after they are generated.

Each voucher has a unique number and can only be used once.

Members will only be able to redeem their vouchers 30 days after their Solemates have purchased shoes using their voucher. This is to allow the Solemate to return the shoes for a refund. If the Solemate does return the shoes for a refund, the £10 member’s voucher will be invalid.
