Information on the Wolky Shoes

Wolky were first established in the early 1980s after their creator, Kees Diks saw that although comfort shoes were readily available they weren’t offered in fashionable styles. This encouraged Kees Diks to promote his own line of comfortable yet stylish shoes and so Wolky was born.

The famous Dutch designer Charles Bergmans has been a part of the Wolky team almost from the start and his designs have helped give Wolky their style. By continually producing innovative designs Wolky have created a brand that is synonymos with comfort and style.

Information on the Technology of Wolky

Wolky footwear features a sole with Roll Technology; this gives the sole a slight curve which encourages a roll effect when walking to give you a natural gait and any shock or impact on the joints. The Roll Technology sole also redistributes the body weight which helps to improve the posture. 
Wolky shoes contain a unique memory foam and cork insole for optimum comfort and they also have great green credentials to allow your environmental conscience to relax as much as your feet!
Wolky don’t use any chrome or chemicals in the production of their shoes.  Chrome is a chemical which is normally used in the tanning process of leather as a preservative but in recent year it has been associated with a number of cancers including renal and respiratory tract cancers so Wolky aren’t just great for the planet but they’re great for your health too!
